Pet Pals - Easter

Join Pet Pals - Easter at Pets at Home Gillingham on Friday 10 April 2026 at 2:00pm for a free, family-friendly workshop designed for children aged 4 to 10. This hands-on session explores pet personalities and behaviour, helping young pet lovers learn how different animals like to live and how to spot when a pet is happy, comfortable or a little stressed. It is a great way to keep the Easter holiday fun and educational.

During the workshop children will meet friendly animals under the supervision of our Pet Care Advisors, take a fun quiz to test their knowledge, and enjoy creative activities such as colouring. Every participant leaves with an official Pet Pals certificate, a sticker and a character headband, plus activity sheets to continue learning at home. Sessions are designed to build confidence and encourage responsible pet ownership through safe, supervised interactions.

Places are limited and registration must be completed by an adult over 18 on behalf of attendees. To keep sessions calm for the animals we ask for one adult per child and that parents disclose any allergies or sensitivities in advance.
