Pet Pals - Easter

Join us at Pets at Home Chatham for a free Pet Pals Easter workshop on Friday 10 April 2026 at 2:00 PM. Designed for children aged 4 to 10, this family-friendly session introduces little pet lovers to animal behaviour, how to read pets' body language and the basics of responsible care in a safe, supervised setting.

During the workshop, children will get hands-on time with friendly animals under the guidance of trained Pet Care Advisors, complete a fun pet quiz to test their knowledge, and enjoy creative activities such as colouring. Each participant will receive a Pet Pals certificate, a sticker, a character headband and activity sheets to take home, reinforcing learning and confidence around animals.

Places are limited to keep sessions calm and to protect the welfare of the animals, so booking is required. Registration must be completed by an adult over 18 and only one adult may attend per child to ensure adequate supervision. Parents and guardians should check for any allergies or sensitivities before attending and inform store staff if needed. Pets at Home staff will give guidance on handling and safety throughout the session.
