Pet Pals - Easter

Join Pet Pals this Easter at Pets at Home Maidstone for a free in-store workshop on Sunday 12 April 2026 at 2:00 PM. Designed for children aged 4 to 10 years, the session introduces pet personalities and behaviour in a friendly, hands-on setting. It is a great way for young pet lovers to learn how different animals prefer to live and how to spot when a pet is happy, comfortable or a little stressed.

Led by trusted petcare advisors, participants will meet small animals, take a fun quiz to test pet knowledge and enjoy creative activities such as colouring. The workshop focuses on building confidence and encouraging responsible pet ownership by showing how the right environment supports animal wellbeing.

Every child leaves with an official Pet Pals certificate, a sticker, a character headband and activity sheets to continue the learning at home. Sessions are safe and supervised, with places limited to avoid spooking the animals and to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Please note that registration must be completed by an adult and that each child should be accompanied by one adult only. Parents or guardians are asked to inform staff of any allergies or sensitivities before handling animals.
