Prioritise your peace with this practical, in-person self-care workshop, part of the Mindset Makeover Series. Designed to help you identify your core needs and build simple routines, this session explores what self-care really means and why it matters for everyday mental wellbeing. You will gain an understanding of what is happening in your brain and take away practical tools you can use in daily life.

The workshop includes short relaxation and mindfulness exercises to help you feel grounded and calm, plus guided time to reflect on your own needs and boundaries. Sessions are led by Laura Bradley and are suitable for anyone looking to strengthen their self-care habits, reduce stress and create a more sustainable approach to wellbeing.

Come to a single session or join the full series, which runs for one hour a month from February to July. For a personal and supportive experience, spaces are limited so booking is essential.
