Join this practical, in-person workshop to reframe anxiety and bring calm to a busy mind. Designed for anyone who struggles with overthinking or feelings of overwhelm, this session explains what is happening in the brain and body when anxiety arises, and offers simple, evidence-informed techniques you can use day to day. You will learn mindset tools and practical exercises to reduce rumination, manage sudden spikes of worry and build greater emotional resilience. The approachable tone makes it suitable for first-timers and those familiar with mental wellbeing work.

Part of the Mindset Makeover Series, the workshop is led by Laura Bradley and takes place at Blacksmith's Barn. You can attend this single session or join the wider series, running monthly from February to July, for ongoing support. Spaces are limited for a personal and supportive experience, so booking is essential. Come prepared to practise new strategies, ask questions and leave with clear, actionable steps to help calm your mind and reclaim focus in everyday life.
