Reiki First Degree is a practical, day-long introduction to energy healing designed to support self-care, personal wellbeing, and gentle work with others and animals. This in-person course runs from 10am to 4pm and combines clear teaching, demonstration, discussion, and plenty of guided practice so you can bring Reiki into everyday life.
You do not need prior experience, special abilities, or a particular belief system to attend. The training focuses on simple, grounded ways to calm the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and develop a regular self-healing routine that supports emotional and physical balance. You will also learn how to share Reiki safely and informally with friends, family and animals in an ethical and respectful way.
The course includes a Reiki First Degree attunement, a comprehensive printed training manual, and three group mentoring sessions after the day to help you integrate the practice. Sessions are paced to build confidence in sensing and working with energy, with opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until they feel natural.

Completion provides certification recognised by the International Hypnotherapy Association and the IHPM, but it does not guarantee insurance eligibility or professional recognition.
