Reiki Sound Bath

Join Kay and Lisa for a calming Reiki Sound Bath at The Lake House Kent on Friday 22 May, 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Kay will guide you gently through a restorative sound bath while Lisa offers the supportive energy of Reiki, creating a deeply relaxing experience designed to soothe the mind and body. The session is held in the peaceful setting of Maidstone Road, Ashford, Kent, TN26 1AR, and is ideal for anyone seeking an evening of rest, reflection and gentle healing.

Please bring along a yoga mat, a blanket and anything else you need to be comfortable. The session can also be attended from a chair, so please mention your preference when booking. Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your place and let the facilitators know if you require a chair-based option.
