1 Abbey St, Faversham, ME13 7BE

Overview

Discover the joy of rubber stamping in this friendly, hands-on workshop led by Faversham-based artist Anne Davison. Perfect for complete beginners, the session introduces the fundamentals of hand printing and stamp making in a relaxed and supportive environment. You will be guided step by step through simple techniques and practical tips that make it easy to get creative straight away.

Throughout the workshop Anne demonstrates how to transform everyday objects into unique rubber stamps and how to use different media to build interesting textures and motifs. You will learn basic stamping techniques, how to mix colours and patterns effectively, and simple approaches to composing designs that reflect your own style. Individual guidance ensures you can progress at your own pace and gain confidence with each exercise.

All materials are provided, so just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to experiment. By the end of the session you will have made your own stamps, practised a range of printing approaches, and left with the skills to continue exploring stamping at home. This is an ideal way to try a new craft, meet like minded people, and unlock fresh creative ideas.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive, so book early to reserve your place and start your stamping journey with expert guidance.
