Join dancers of all ages and abilities at the South East Championships in Kent, part of the UK Street Dance Challenge regional series. Established in 2015, UK Street Dance Challenge has grown into one of the largest street dance competitions in the UK and this event brings together teams, solos and duos across multiple age groups for a day of high energy performances and awards.
The event runs on 26 April, with doors opening at 08:30 and a full day of competition through to approximately 18:00. The tentative schedule includes teams and mega crew from 09:00, team awards around 12:00, solos and awards from 12:30 and duos and awards from 15:30. Entrants and schools will receive a confirmed running order 24 to 48 hours before the event.
Categories cover Teams (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), Solos (Newcomer, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and Duos (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) with age sections ranging from 6 and under up to 18 and over. Tickets are priced at £21 for dancers and £21 for spectators, with children under five admitted free.
