Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a restorative Spring Equinox Sound Bath designed to support renewal, intention and inner growth. The Spring Equinox on 21st March is a time of rebirth and returning light, and this immersive sound journey uses resonant tones to help dissolve energetic blocks held within the chakras and create space for new beginnings. The session is led by Nathalie Carden from Zen Sound Healing, a qualified Sound Therapist, Sekhem Reiki Practitioner, Gong Master and Shamanic Practitioner, who will gently guide participants through sound, vibration and intention-setting. This experience is suitable for anyone seeking deep relaxation, emotional release or a fresh start, and it offers a calm environment to slow down, reflect and plant the seeds of transformation. Please bring something to support your knees, particularly if you have back issues. The session is not recommended for people with tinnitus, those with sound-related epilepsy, or anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy. Note that TAC are not the organisers of this event.
