Still Waters to the Threshold - A Seasonal Sound Bath

Sun, 19 Apr 2026 18:00 PM - 19:30 PM

Railway Terrace, Queenborough, ME11 5AY

Overview

Join a calming seasonal sound bath at Castle Connections, held in the warm, comfortable space of Queenborough Town Community Centre. This gentle session is inspired by still waters and quiet thresholds, offering a chance to slow down, soften and notice what may be beginning to stir beneath the surface. It is ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation, gentle nervous system reset and mindful rest.

The sound journey uses crystal bowls, tongue drums, tubular bells and chimes played softly and intuitively, like ripples moving through water. You are invited to settle in, get comfortable and simply rest. There is no need to do anything other than lie back, breathe and allow the sounds to support release and reflection as the session unfolds.

Please bring a yoga mat or futon to lie on, plus a blanket and pillow to keep you cosy. You may like to bring a notepad or journal to record any reflections afterwards and a drink for the end of the session. There will be time at the close to gently return, sit together and ask questions if you wish.

Spaces are limited so advance booking is recommended. Whether you are new to sound baths or already familiar with sound work, this seasonal session offers a restorative pause to reconnect with what is quietly unfolding within.
