Teacher Training Information event- MAIDSTONE - Valley Park

Thinking about a career in teaching? Join us at the Teacher Training Information Event at Valley Park School, Maidstone, on Tuesday 28 April at 7:00 PM to find out how you can train to become an outstanding primary or secondary school teacher. This friendly session, run by Teach in Kent and its partners, introduces School Direct and Teaching Apprenticeship routes and explains the practical steps to secure a training place for a September 2025 start.

During the 90-minute information evening you will learn about the different routes into teaching, the structure of school-based training, and the mentoring and classroom experience you can expect. You will hear from those who have successfully trained with Teach in Kent and have the opportunity to ask questions about placements, assessments and career prospects. If you have, or will soon have, a degree and are passionate about making a real difference to young people, this event is aimed at you.
