The Christmas Cabin @ TonbridgeFEST

Step into the magic at The Christmas Cabin, a cosy Father Christmas grotto brought to TonbridgeFEST at Tonbridge Castle. This private family visit offers a personal meet and greet with Father Christmas and his jolly elves, creating a memorable festive experience for children and adults alike.

Your journey begins in the North Pole Post Room where children can write their own letters to Father Christmas and drop them into the express postbox while they wait for their audience. This calm, festive space sets the tone for a relaxed and special visit.

Bookings use a timed-entry system. Each booking reserves a 15-minute arrival window and up to three families share each slot; families are invited into the Grotto in order of arrival. Please arrive five minutes before your booked time to make the most of the Post Room and avoid delays.

Every paying child receives a special, age-appropriate gift from Father Christmas to take home. Babies under 12 months are welcome to join older siblings free of charge but free infant places do not include a gift. Every booking must include at least one paying child to be valid.

Professional elf photographers will capture your family moment and high-quality souvenir photos will be available to purchase after the visit. To keep things fair and organised, tickets are non-refundable and time changes cannot be accommodated.
