The Christmas Cabin @ TonbridgeFEST

Step into the Christmas Cabin at TonbridgeFEST for a cosy, private family visit with Father Christmas at Tonbridge Castle. This intimate grotto experience offers a personal meet and greet with Father Christmas and his jolly elves, and every paying child will receive a special, age-appropriate gift to take home.

Your visit begins in the festive North Pole Post Room where children can write and post their own letters to Father Christmas before being invited through to the Grotto. There are no crowded rooms or rushed hellos; families enjoy a relaxed private audience where children can share their Christmas wishes and create lasting memories together.

Professional elf photographers will be on hand to capture your family moment, with high-quality souvenir photos available to purchase after the visit. The event operates a timed-entry system to keep the magic flowing. Bookings secure a 15-minute arrival window, with up to three families sharing each slot and families called through in order of arrival. Please arrive five minutes before your booked time. Every booking must include at least one paying child. Babies under 12 months may join for free but do not receive a gift unless a paying child is included. Tickets are non-refundable and times cannot be changed, and if you miss your timeslot entry cannot be guaranteed.
