The Marsh Family Concert

Wed, 15 Apr 2026 18:00 PM - 20:00 PM

Alexander Centre, The, 15-17 Preston St, Faversham, ME13 8NZ

Overview

Join The Marsh Family for an intimate evening of music at the Old Brewery Store, as this real-life family band from near Faversham shares songs from their debut album Hollow Chapters alongside classic folk-rock and pop covers. The Marsh Family first captured a global audience during the pandemic with appearances on BBC's Comic Relief and Jimmy Kimmel Live and have since attracted millions of online views.

Expect rich vocal harmonies, playful chat, inventive parody songs and a constantly changing selection of instruments and styles. Their versatile sound blends heart, humour and hope, with earlier singles played on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio Kent and live appearances at Plumpton Festival, Broadstairs Folk Festival and Rosslyn Court.

This show is presented in a relaxed cabaret-style setup that brings the album to life in the band’s home town. Please note the concert was originally scheduled for the Alexander Centre in Faversham but that venue is currently out of action following a fire. The relocated event will take place at the Old Brewery Store. For venue enquiries including access, accessibility and parking contact Shepherd Neame on 01795 532206.

Although the Faversham date has sold out, you can still see The Marsh Family at their launch event at The Garlinge Theatre, Chartham, on Saturday 11 April at 7.30pm, or purchase a digital ticket for the livestream and recording. All ages are welcome and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
