Join The Marsh Family for an uplifting evening of live music as they celebrate the launch of their debut album Hollow Chapters. This real-life musical family of six from near Faversham, Kent, bring a warm, humorous and heartfelt show that blends folk-rock and pop covers with powerful original songs. Expect rich vocal harmonies, playful banter, inventive parody numbers and a constantly changing array of instruments and styles.
The concert will showcase tracks from Hollow Chapters alongside favourites that first won them attention on BBC Comic Relief and international TV, and helped them build a global online following with millions of views. Fans can hear new material exploring life cycles, truth and heroes, and will have the chance to buy physical copies of the album on the night. The event is being livestreamed and supported by the bands album Kickstarter.
Held at the eco-friendly Garlinge Theatre just outside Canterbury, the venue offers plenty of free parking, electric vehicle charging and tiered seating. There are light refreshments and hot and cold drinks available, and a free minibus can be booked from Chartham train station for those travelling without a car. If you need an accessible seat please contact the organisers at garlingetheatre@gmail.com. This relaxed, family friendly concert promises an intimate night of memorable songs and joyful performance.
